The firm was established in 1969 and offers a full range of legal services in areas such as Civil Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Securities and other Financial Laws, Real Estate Law, Private International Law, Foreign Investments Law, Litigation in the same areas, and representation before all Governmental Departments and Agencies. It is well known in the International Banking and Financial Community for its specialties representing international and Mexican financial institutions, and some important Mexican corporations. The firm is authorized to practice Mexican law through the country. The firm has ten partners and twenty associates who are all experienced and trained professionals in the different areas of law practiced by the firm, and a supporting staff of more than sixty people.
