The group used the 2005 European Regional Meeting to discuss the issues of secondment and economic dismissal/redundancy plans. In addition, they have continued to meet during ILN Annual and Regional meetings for discussions on topics of common interest, and further their collaboration through the formation of a group on LinkedIn.
