The Partners of Teralex Consult have extensive experience in consulting a number of national public authorities as well as in drafting of primary and secondary legislation. Therefore, the firm has established a long term collaboration with a number of government institutions based on excellent professional reputation and integrity.

Teralex Consult provides a broad range of legal services covering all aspects of business law. A significant part of the firms’ practice is to advise foreign clients on all aspects related to establishing business in Bulgaria - from company formation to successful project implementation.
