We are an effective team of four attorneys and see ourselves as a “labor law boutique” law office. In an environment characterized by an increasingly complex legal and economic system, we focus on legal advice and representation in all areas of labor law, thus competing with the practice groups of larger law firms. We provide our services, individually or as a team, in accordance with our clients’ specific needs and the respective issues. We have a long-term focus on our client relationships which benefits our clients. We know our clients’ decision-makers and the decision-making structures well. In other words, we understand what our clients require. We provide advice to clients active in the service or tertiary sector as well as in industry and commerce. We frequently advise subsidiaries of US and other companies in Germany. Most of our clients are medium-sized companies with up to several hundred employees. Many of our clients have works councils. Consequently, we counsel these clients in all matters of co-determination. The business languages of our law firm are German, English and Russian. Activity areas: All areas of labor law regarding the relationships among employees and employers as well as those among employees and representatives of collective interests (works councils, trade unions).
