Law firm Sutkienė, Pilkauskas & Partners was founded in early 2003 as a result of the reorganisation of Law firm Jaskutėlis, Sutkienė & Masiokas (formerly the Vilnius office of USA law firm McDermott, Will & Emery (1991–2001)). The depth and breadth of experience Eugenija Sutkienė and Jonas Pilkauskas gained over many years of legal practice during Lithuania’s difficult transitional period, as well as the confidence their clients bestowed on their work product, strengthened their resolve to create a law firm focused on client needs and favourable legal outcomes. Assembling a team of exceptional Lithuanian lawyers, this new firm emphasised service to Lithuanian and foreign clients on all aspects of commercial and business law.
Currently, thirty one attorney practise with the firm. SPP attorneys, working closely in concert, make every effort to retain client confidence by consistently exceeding their expectations – by delivering high quality legal services within the designated time frame and by adhering to high principles of ethics.
