Nigel Harris & Partners is a firm of English Solicitors practising in Jersey from the offices of RATHBONE TRUST COMPANY JERSEY LIMITED. Founded in 1970 by the late Nigel Harris, and for many years bearing his name, Nigel Harris & Partners was among the first firms of English lawyers to set up business in Jersey and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in advising major international corporations and private clients on their offshore financial management. This specialist skill in company and commercial law, tax planning and the creation of offshore structures and the provision of professional trustees and directors, is exclusively dedicated to enhancing and developing the range of services available to clients of the RATHBONES International Group.

The partners of Nigel Harris & Partners have all had experience with top rank London or New York based law firms before moving or returning to Jersey and, over the years, have acquired a depth of knowledge that has made them leaders in the creative use of offshore trusts and in structuring cross border transactions.
