EXELIA is the result of the merger of two Brussels’ based business law firms (Vanden Eynde & Partners and Grisay & Associés), both founded in the early 90’s. The association has its principal office in Brussels, but is also established in Luxembourg and Paris. The firm has a significant experience in assisting national and multinational clients on a large variety of legal services. Our practice is particularly developed in the following areas : international contracts and European law (including distribution contracts, franchising agreements, dumping and arbitration), mergers and acquisitions (with an emphasis on competition and labour law aspects), tax law (direct taxes, VAT as well as customs law). On the other hand, our association has an outstanding record in administrative law, including public procurement, and health problematic.
